Are you allowed to bring your own adult beverages to a Disney Resort pool as long as it's not in a glass container?

    Jenny,

Thanks for asking your question to planDisney!

Yes, as long as you follow your resort's pool rules as they are posted, you can take your own "adult" beverages from your room to the pool area. As you correctly identified, glass containers, for obvious reasons, are not allowed. It is also important to note that you cannot take any beverage into the pool itself.

    BONUS TIP
While that may be your plan, when I am at a Disney resort pool, I rely on the convenience of the adjacent resort pool bar for a fun cocktail.  I have a few favorites, like the Captain's Mai Tai from Beaches Pool Bar & Grill at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa or the Bourbon Breeze from Petals Pool Bar at Disney's Pop Century Resort. Regardless of your resort, the pool bars are a great place to grab lunch as well.

Write me back if you have any follow up questions.

    Have a Magical Vacation!
