Hi Amanda! Thank you for bringing your question to the Moms Panel.
While I am not aware of any regulation expressly prohibiting you from bringing a table, I strongly recommend against it.
All rooms at
Disney's Pop Century Resort have recently been refurbished. I have stayed at this Resort Hotel both before and after the renovation, and I think you will find the new rooms to be
very well designed, with an overall fresh and modern appearance. I was very impressed with the amount of storage space. There are storage cubbies and shelves throughout the sleeping and bathroom areas, as well as a good-sized dresser and shelving unit that houses the small refrigerator. Most rooms offer 1 Queen Bed and 1 Queen-Size Table Bed, which is a Murphy-style bed that when folded becomes a table. I recommend taking a look at the room photos in the link I provided above. You can also search online for "refurbished Pop Century room" for more photos.
That being said, Pop Century rooms, like all
Value Resort Hotel rooms, are on the small side. I honestly cannot think of a place in the room where you will be able to fit an extra table without blocking your path. Rather than providing you with the storage space you desire, bringing a table will have the opposite effect, making your room feel cramped and impede movement. The extra table could also be a fire hazard, blocking egress.
I recently recommended Disney's Pop Century Resort to my sister. She was also impressed with the storage options and found it very easy for her family to keep all of their belongings organized. Tip: Use the space under the bed to store your luggage.
I hope that helps! Please feel free to write back to us if you have additional questions.
Enjoy your stay!
Anne Marie
