Are you allowed to bring food and water into the parks?

    Heigh-Ho Dawn,

I am happy to report, Guests are permitted to bring in outside food and non-alcoholic drinks not stored in glass containers and which require no refrigeration or reheating. Before entering the theme park, head to the Baggage Check area, where ALL bags are searched.

Staying fueled and hydrated is a MUST when conquering the Walt Disney World theme parks. I am a fan of packing protein bars and water. Keep an eye out for water bottle refill stations, you will typically find them around the area of some restrooms. This touchless hydration system allows Guests and Walt Disney World to be more eco-friendly. But I hope you treat yourself to some Disney Dining Treats. My favorites are the Jumbo Pretzel, in Epcot, at Germany’s Sommerfest and ANY and EVERY cupcake I can possibly devour.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
