Am I allow to take a tumbler with water into the disneyland park and snacks?

    Hi there!

Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for stopping by to ask us a Disneyland Resort question. It sounds like you’re getting excited for your visit to The Happiest Place on Earth!

Yes, you are welcome to bring any type of water bottle, hydration backpack, or insulated drink container along while you explore Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park, as long as it’s not made of glass. There are several drinking fountains and water bottle refill stations located throughout the parks to help you stay hydrated, which can be especially important on warm days in sunny Southern California! You may also request a free cup of water at most counter-service dining locations.

Keep in mind that you can bring a small cooler if you like, but please make sure it is not larger than 24 inches long, 15 inches wide, and 18 inches high, and remember that rolling coolers and bags aren’t permitted. I often pack a small insulated tote with my family’s favorite snacks so we have something to munch on while waiting for attractions and shows.

I hope this information is helpful and that you have a perfectly pixie-dusted day in the theme parks soon! Please feel free to write back with more questions as you continue planning.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
