Hi all,.I'm going to the art of animation resort in September.I was wondering how long would it take to leave my resort to go to downtown disney? I have an appointement at the bobbidy boutique at 3h00pm so what time should I leave to make sure I'm on time?

    Hi Claudine,

I had the opportunity to stay at the new Art of Animation resort on opening day. What a wonderful addition to the Disney family of resorts!

There is direct bus service from AoA to Downtown Disney. The ride itself will take about 15 minutes, but you may have to wait up to 15-20 minutes for a bus to arrive. (They run approximately every 20 mins.) Then when you get to DD, you'll have to make a little walk to the World of Disney store and check in at the BBB.

To make sure you get to your reservation on time, I would plan to be at the AoA bus stop by about 2:00. This will give you plenty of time to make the trip and get settled on where you need to go.

    Have a great time!
