Hi there, Rick!
Welcome BACK to
planDisney! It is lovely to see you here again, asking a question about an upcoming visit to
Walt Disney World Resort. I’m glad you trust us to provide you with answers that help you experience the most magical vacation possible.
Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort is one of my family’s favorite resorts in all of Walt Disney World, especially the Gran Destino Tower. It feels like staying at a Deluxe Resort with Moderate Resort pricing. One of the best features of Coronado Springs Resort is the
incredible restaurants. You truly have some fabulous options for dining, with
El Mercado de Coronado a great spot for a quick meal,
Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Villa del Lago a great casual sit-down option in a gorgeous location, and my personal favorite,
Toledo – Tapas, Steaks, and Seafood located at the top of Gran Destino Tower.
While El Mercado de Coronado doesn’t list allergy-friendly options on the online menu, there are several wheat allergy-friendly options available, including the selection of rice bowls. You can speak with a Cast Member at the restaurant, and they will direct you to options that are allergy-friendly. You can find the allergy-friendly menus online for both
Toledo and
Three Bridges Bar and Grill. Go to the restaurant page on the Walt Disney World website and select “View Menu.” Once you have the menu open, scroll down until you reach “Allergy-Friendly Entrees.”
Maya Grill doesn’t list an allergy-friendly menu, but they offer delicious food and have several menu options that would accommodate a wheat allergy.
I hope this information helps you dine worry-free at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, Rick. Have a magical vacation! You’ve got a friend in me, in all of us here at planDisney, so stop by whenever we can help answer your vacation questions.
See Ya Real Soon!
