Welcome back, Elizabeth! I noticed from your previous questions that you've sailed on the beautiful Disney Wonder before, but that it has been a couple of years. Did you know that since then, the Wonder has undergone a
magical transformation? If you're booked on an Alaskan sailing later this year on the Wonder, you'll be so happy to experience all of the new venues, restaurants, and Youth Club spaces, along with some pretty cool new activities and entertainment! I can't wait for you to see the difference!
Currently, the Wonder does not feature
Star Wars Day at Sea, as that is only on select sailings of the Disney Fantasy. I don't know of any Star Wars characters on the Wonder currently either. But, if you like Marvel superheroes, you'll find plenty of new superhero fun onboard the Wonder! My family and I have sailed twice on the Wonder since its renovation last fall and have loved all of the new hero activities and venues.
The Oceaneer Club features a super cool Marvel area, where Spiderman, Black Widow and Captain America are even known to show up for activities with the kids. But don't be jealous of the kids' fun, because some of these events take place during Open House hours when parents get to stay with their kids in the Club to participate together. Believe me, my husband and I were not going to let the kids have all the fun without us!
I hope you enjoy planning your
Alaskan adventure on the Wonder, Elizabeth. Stop back again with any other questions you might have as you continue to plan. We're happy to help!
