    Are these Ala Carte and can I pay instead of using my dining thinking of doing it for a dessert or lighter meal Ohana breakfast, Garden Grill for dinner, Tony's Town Square any meal? Do all members have to order? What must do 7 & 9 DD?

    Hi Denise,

    You are always welcome to pay cash, even if you're on the Disney Dining Plan.

    If you're heading to a buffet or family style service meal, then there is just one price for the menu, and everyone sitting at the table must pay. However, if you're paying cash at a menu-based restaurant, then anyone may order whatever they want. I often will order two appetizers instead of an entree. You could also just get dessert or something similar.

    Of the restaurants you mention, the Ohana breakfast and the Garden Grill are one-price meals that cannot be gotten a la carte. Tony's is menu-based, so cash-paying guests can order anything.

    Your daughters are considered children from a Disney Dining perspective. If you're using Dining Plan credits to pay, they'll have to order from the children's menu. If you're paying cash, they can order whatever they like from anywhere on the menu.
