I am going to AKL club level on Dec. 4, 2011, 2 ad a 4 year old and 4 mo old. I would like to request a room with a view of the giraffes or zebras and closer to the bus stop. Do you know where I should request?

Hi Stacy! You're going to love staying on the club-level at the Animal Kingdom Lodge! The club-level savanna-view rooms are not extremely close to the bus stop, but this resort is not as spread out as some of the moderate and value resorts, so the walk to the bus stop is not terribly far, unless your room is located at the far end of one of the wings. My family has stayed on the Animal Kingdom Lodge club level many times, and my favorite room location is on Zebra Trail about midway down (room numbers between 4423 through 4515). We had wonderful views of the animals on the savanna from our balcony in this location, and the room was not too far from the club lounge, the pool, the elevators and the lobby. (The bus stop is located just a short walk down from the lobby.) I recommend that you request a savanna-view room that is not far from the club-level lounge. You'll likely be making multiple trips a day to the lounge so it's nice to not have to walk so far, and a room that's not far from the lounge will also be close to the main lobby, and as a result, close to the bus stop.
