2A4K was coming on 5/28-6/5 changing to 6/10-17th. Losing free dining and no other specials right now. Was just wondering if anything was offered this time in previous years, if so what? DD5 T1Diabetic how is the heat? Last visit Oct09 w/record temps h

Hi, Angela!  The time of year you are now going is the start of peak season at Walt Disney World, so special promotions are going to be few and far between.  You may occasionally find a room discount, but it's unlikely free dining would be offered during that time.

You'll find summer in full swing by the middle of June.  You can expect temperatures in the low 90s, with relatively high humidity.  You may find that there is a brief shower in the afternoon while you are there, but for the most part, these afternoon showers are over quickly.  You can usually ride them out in a shop or an attraction.

Check with your daughter's doctor prior to your trip to see if they have any tips for you before you go.  For most people, it's a good idea to test sugars more often.  I always found my sugars ran lower in Walt Disney World - thanks to all that extra exercise I was doing!

Have a great vacation, and thanks so much for the question!
