Hi there, Ricardo Victor!
Welcome aboard, planDisney, and thank you for the question about your upcoming cruise on the beautiful
Disney Adventure. Your sailing will be here soon, and I know what a magical time you'll have sailing the high seas with Captains Mickey and Minnie.
Ricardo Victor, I checked with Disney Cruise Line, and an Airwheel does fall under the
prohibited items list due to safety concerns. I hope knowing this now will give you enough time to plan for other options to navigate the ship next week, like a rental through a third-party vendor that can deliver to the
Port of Singapore. Disney Cruise Line can only provide wheelchair assistance for embarkation and disembarkation. You can email specialservices@contact.disneycruiseline.com if you
need any help while onboard. Those requests can be made up to seven days before your sail date.
I know you are thinking of all the things to do on board next week. If the shows are on your must-do list, I recommend arriving early to secure your spot. All the information you'll need will be listed in your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app, so make sure you've downloaded the app before arriving at the cruise terminal, and your phone is synced to correct time. Another must-do is
The Lion King: Celebration in the Sky. There's nothing more magical than a firework spectacular out at sea, so you'll want to come early for this one too! An amazing vacation experience awaits on the Disney Adventure, Ricardo Victor. Bon voyage!
Nancy
