Can we get airport transportation from MCO to the Riviera resort?

Hi there, Julie! I'm thrilled to welcome a fellow Buckeye to planDisney. I'm not sure where in Ohio you live, but it's feeling like we'll be seeing Elsa's frozen fractals all around us soon. Maybe the cold doesn't bother you anyway, but planning a trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth in January to escape the cool temperatures sounds like a fantastic idea! As an out-of-state Annual Passholder, I frequently fly into the Orlando International Airport (MCO), and I'd be happy to help you with transportation to your Resort hotel.

Mears Connect offers a clean and affordable bus service that my family often uses. You can reserve and pay for your transportation on their website. Upon arrival, you'll collect your luggage and follow the directions to the bus location provided in your confirmation email. I always choose this service when traveling with a large group. The drivers have always been so friendly and helpful. One thing to keep in mind is that these buses stop at multiple Resort hotels, so it may take some time before you reach yours. You'll want to keep this in mind if you make dining reservations or book Lightning Lane times on your arrival day.

Personally, if I'm traveling with a small group, I prefer to use a ride-sharing service. While the cost may be slightly higher, this is usually the fastest way to reach my magical destination. Of course, you can rent a car from the airport if you prefer, and as a Guest at a Disney Resort hotel, parking is complimentary.

Julie, I'm excited to hear that you'll be staying at Disney's Riviera! Your Resort hotel has SO many delicious dining options. I hope you'll get to eat at Topolino's Terrace, and the coffee and pastries at Le Petit Café are très magnifique! Be sure to try the raspberry brioche paired with a French roast—it's delicious!

Julie, some people are worth melting for, and I hope you and your people have the most magical winter vacation at Walt Disney World. If there is anything else we can help you with, please don't hesitate to ask. It's been my pleasure to meet you!

Warm Olaf hugs and magical moments!
