Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Katherine!
Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by and are so excited to help you plan your upcoming trip to
Disney World! It looks like you will be arriving in a few days...YESSSSSSS!!!! I know you are counting down the days, and Mickey and Minnie can't wait to "See You REAL Soon!"
Based on your question, I am assuming that you are asking about Mears Connect. While this service is not associated with Disney World, this is an affordable transportation option to make your way to the "Most MAGICAL Place On Earth!" When you arrive at Orlando International Airport, you will head to baggage claim and pick up your luggage. From there, you will then walk to the Mears Connect bus area located on Level 1 of the Terminal B. Once your bus arrives, you will then leave your luggage outside the bus and load the bus with your party. From my experience, the bus will make several stops at different Disney Resorts, so you are not guaranteed your bus will take you directly to your resort. While
All-Star Movies might not be the first stop, I do like that the bus plays Disney videos and trivia to keep you and your group entertained while you travel to your resort.
If you are looking for a faster route to your "Home Away From Home," you can always take a rideshare as an alternative. You might want to price this option because, based on the size of your party, it might be more economical (and faster) to book through a rideshare than to take Mears Connect.
Before you arrive, make sure you check out
The Disney Parks Blog for the latest and greatest information about all things Disney! You can also
check out this video made by my planDisney friends, Christina and Mandy, on their incredible adventure at the
EPCOT International Festival of the Arts going on right now. Trust me, you will NOT want to miss this festival!
If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask. We are here to help in any way.
Have a MAGICAL day!
