I'm so glad you navigated your way to the Disney Parks Moms Panel to ask your questions about Disney Cruise Line vacations!

I have found the porters in the Disney Cruise Line terminal to be extremely helpful upon disembarkation at the end of our DCL cruises. They will transport luggage through the customs line and out the door. The customs agents are used to first time cruisers, and they are generally helpful.

As far as Port Adventures (which is the Disney term for shore excursions), there are plenty to choose from. You might try familiarizing yourself with the Disney Cruise Line website and browse the many Port Adventures. They are easily found based on destination. You will want to click on "Things To Do" at the top of the page and then select "Port Adventures" to find all of this information.
