Is there an age requirement along with the height requirements? I have a very tall 2 year old who I imagine will be 40" when we travel in November, about 5 days before his 3rd birthday

Hi, Kimberly! It's just a height requirement for rides, not an age one.  The height requirements that are in place are for the safety of the riders, so that they meet the minimum height to safely enjoy an attraction. If your almost three-year-old is tall enough for a ride, he will be allowed to experience the attraction no matter his age. As a parent, you will have to judge if you feel like he is mature enough for the attraction(s) in question. For example, when my daughter was your son's age, she rode everything, but my son was a little more hesitant, and there were a few things he didn't want to ride. Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
