What age is considered to be a "tween"?

Hi, Miranda!  Tweens are usually the kids who have hit the double digits in age, but haven't hit their teen years - usually the ages of 10, 11, and 12.  I know when my now 12 year old daughter hit nine, she called herself a "tween" as soon as she was one day past being nine and "almost 10", so if you have a Tween or an almost Tween, the age may vary.

Did you have a question about planning for tweens?  I'm on my second round of tween travel at Walt Disney World, and I'd be happy to help!

    Thanks for your question!
