    Hi, Sophie! Welcome back to the Disney World Moms Panel! My family and I have enjoyed both of these restaurants, and the menus are different.  While there are similarities, the offerings have a different flair depending on the restaurant you choose.  You can read the menu for T-Rex: A Prehistoric Family Adventure by entering http://www.trexcafe.com/pdf/MenuOrlando.pdf into your address bar.  This opens a PDF file with the current menu.
