HI, again! Thank you for the info about BOG for dessert. I love the link that gave the ingredient/nutritional info. Is there a place where I can find that for other restaurants? Thankx!

    Hi Lynn,

I have to say I never saw the details in the menu prior to looking at the Be Our Guest menu! That is so awesome. This must be the wave of the future with the new online menus.

You will need to look at each individual menus for the restaurants at the Walt Disney World Resorts. If they have the information like Be Our Guest, you should be able to access it the same way. If not, you can reach out to the cast members who work with guests with special dietary needs. Their email is specialdiets@disneyworld.com. They can help you provide with additional information.

Other sites who may be able to help with food issues are the Disney Food Blog and Allearsnet.com.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
