Ahoy, Charlene!
It is so "WONDER"ful to hEAR from you again with another excellent cruise planning question. I know you are enjoying counting down the days until your time on the Disney Wonder
next May. Your journey will be nothing short of magical as you venture up the Pacific Coast to explore San Francisco, Victoria and two glorious days at sea where you'll experience all this magnificent vessel has to offer!
Canada Place will be the port the Disney Wonder docks in Vancouver. Disney Cruise Line recommends flights no earlier than a 12:00 p.m. departure as they suggest a minimum of four hours to collect your luggage in the cruise terminal, pass through U.S. Customs and Canadian Customs at both the port and airport, travel to the airport (about 45 minutes from the port), check luggage and go through security. The two easiest options I propose for your transportation to the Vancouver International Airport from Canada Place are either to purchase
ground transportation provided by Disney Cruise Line or to take a taxi. Ground transfers can be added to your cruise reservation up to three days prior to your departure by calling (800) 951-3532. Taxis will be available at the terminal once you're ready to head to the airport. Be sure to keep your essential items with you for disembarkation including your customs declaration forms, passports, medications and any other identification including your "Key to the World" cards. You'll receive helpful information the night before your arrival in Vancouver with everything you need to know about disembarkation from the ship.
Charlene, I hope this information will help as you plan for your departure from the Disney Wonder. Thank you again for sending in your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
