    Hello again! I have purchased the Photopass+ for our trip May1st-8th. Are we able to redeem our voucher at the photopass station in our hotel or do we have to redeem it at one of the parks photopass stations. We will be staying at the AKL. Thanks

    It's great to hEAR from you again, Nancy!  You are going to love using Disney's PhotoPass + for your upcoming trip and being able to capture those magical memories that you will always cherish for years to come! I called one of the team members at DIsney's PhotoPass just now to verify my information for you. I am happy to say that you will be able to redeem your voucher at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge! The team member that I spoke with also confirmed that the PhotoPass Viewing Station located in the lobby of DIsney's Animal Kingdom Lodge is open from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and again from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. seven days a week. You can also redeem your voucher at any of the PhotoPass viewing stations in the four main theme parks or at Downtown Disney.
