Hello again Panel! DS has very sensitive skin and want to ensure that all bedding is cleaned in dye free detergent and bedspreads are washed. Is a VIP cleaning the best way to request this? Not worried about carpets or drapes, just the bedding. Thx much!

    Hi Alyssa,

Yes. A VIP cleaning is the best way to handle making sure your son's bedding is cleaned in dye free detergents.

When you make your initial reservation, make sure you have this added to the reservation. This will alert housekeeping of the extra care they need to make for your son.

Then about three to four days prior to your arrival, reach out directly to the resort you are staying at to confirm this notation is in your reservation.

If you are doing online check-in, I would add it there as well.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
