    Hi Again Marcy Thanks for your earlier answer. Is it OK for me to wear western dress suit form the formal night. I'm from the west so that's what I wear to most dress things here. I not sure if I'd bring my hat or not, they don't travel all the good.

    Welcome back Walter! I'm happy that you have stopped back with another question! 

    It is absolutely appropriate for you to wear a western dress suit for Formal Night on Disney Cruise Line. In fact, I think that sounds wonderful. I always enjoy seeing the different styles of formal dress from guests of all different backgrounds and ethnicity, so a western suit is just another example of this.
    If you bring your hat along, you can certainly wear that with your suit too. I am not very familiar with the different types of Western Dress suits, but I'd steer you away from jeans if yours happens to include that, as Disney Cruise Line asks that guests refrain from jeans or shorts in the main dining restaurants.

    On Formal Night, and honestly, all throughout the cruise, you'll see a wide variety of attire, so have no worries. Just wear what you feel most comfortable in, and you'll be all set. Be sure to stop by the atrium lobby on Formal Night and take advantage of the photo opportunities, both on white or printed backgrounds as well as with the characters in their formal wear. Those make for great ways to capture magical memories of that night.
