Hello again! We are leaning towards the 7 night car. Cruise on the fantasy ship. I saw that there's a BBB shop. On some, it says ages 3-12. Would they let my DD who will have just turned 13 do a princess makeover? Do they check ages? Thanks for the help!

    Hi Dana!
I'm glad to hear you are close to a decision.  I did contact Disney Cruise Line about your question and found out that they are strict about the age requirement due to the popularity of the boutique.  I know this is disappointing to hear so I have a few ideas on how to surprise your princess on your Fantasy voyage.  On the day of the Pirate IN the Caribbean festivities, Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique does transform into the Pirates League.  Guests three and over can be transformed into either a First Mate or Empress for all the pirate fun!  This is one possibility, and my other idea is a visit to the Chill Youth Spa.  This area of the ship is just for Guests ages 13-17.  The Mother/Daughter Paradise Massage, Truth or Hair, or the Me! Bath Ice Cream Manicure and/or Pedicure are a few of the spa treatments you might like to surprise your daughter with on your cruise.  Appointments can be made once you are onboard the Fantasy.
The other idea is to visit Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique upon boarding and check their availability for the week.  If they have any open opportunities during non-peak times, they may be more willing to let your daughter experience a fairytale makeover.  It never hurts to ask!
I hope these suggestions help, Dana!  I'd love to continue to assist you so please write back!
