So happy to hear from you again Paquita! I totally agree with not using a ticket for a partial day. I would recommend heading to
Downtown Disney for your first day. It's a tradition we have that my daughter loves!! SInce you're staying at the gorgeous Port Orleans Riverside, head to the dock and hop on a boat. There are so many
great dining spots for lunch. Wolfgang Puck Express, Fulton's Crab House and Raglan Road Pub are a few of our faves. Wolfgang Puck Express is steps away from the boat dock, so if you're starving after your flight, it's the perfect stop! Your daughter might also enjoy the Rainforest Cafe or T-Rex.
For dessert, don't miss Goofy's Candy Company, where she can special order her own treat. And then, shop! The World of Disney is the biggest, and even has a
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique inside, where she can be transformed into a princess. Be sure to check out the stage right across from it, as they have great entertainment, and fun dance-alongs for the kids.
Then, I'd float back to your resort, maybe go for a swim, and then rest up for your first full day! You and your daughter are going to have such a fantastic vacation Paquita! Write back with any other questions!!
