Hello again! The info here has been so valuable while planning our upcoming trip in December! Do all of the Deluxe resorts put up gingerbread houses for Christmas? Trying to plan which ones to visit. Thank you!!

    Hi Kathy,
Thanks for visiting us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I love visiting the Walt Disney World Resort at Christmastime. The gingerbread houses are spectacular and worth seeing, so I'm really glad you asked this question. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to answer this based on last year's information because the details for the 2015 gingerbread houses have not been released yet. Last year, there were displays at Disney's Contemporary Resort, which hosted an incredible Frozen-themed display with a Mary Blair flair, Disney's Boardwalk Inn which was home to a Jersey Shore Boardwalk concession stand replica, Disney's Beach Club Resort which hosted another amazing gingerbread carousel and Disney's Yacht Club, which hosted a holiday village with miniature train in the lobby. Finally, the gingerbread house display at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa is truly first-rate and is a Grand Floridian tradition. It's a life-sized display and I would save it for last. I stayed in the Grand Floridian last December and was delighted to be able to see it several times a day.

Kathy, I hope you and your family have a magical holiday vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort.

    Best Wishes,
    Amy B.
