Hi again! Have heard OKW does not have housekeeping services? Am not a member of the DVC, wanting to book a hotel with free DDP, but want the benefits of a hotel! It is a holiday after all =). Could you clarify the difference between villa/hotel? Thanks!

Welcome back, Lydia!  We are always hEAR to help!  I have great news for you!  Although Disney's Old Key West Resort is a Disney Deluxe Villa Resort and one of the Disney Vacation Club Properties, you do not have to be a Disney Vacation Club (DVC) member to stay at this amazing property!  Guests that are paying cash and not using DVC points for their stay at Old Key West Resort will receive daily housekeeping. Guests can choose between a Studio, One-Bedroom Villa, Two-Bedroom Villa, or Three-Bedroom Grand Villas at Disney Deluxe Villa Properties. At Old Key West Resort, a studio includes a smaller kitchenette featuring a mini-refrigerator, coffee maker, wet bar, and microwave;  whereas, the one and two-bedroom villas come equipped with full kitchens and washer/dryers. The regular resort (hotel) rooms come equipped with mini-refrigerators and coffee makers and accommodate a maximum of four to five guests depending on the individual resort. To learn more about the Disney Deluxe Villas follow this link that I have provided. You will receive all the benefits of a Disney Resort Guest regardless of which type of room accommodation you choose. I would recommend calling (407) W-DISNEY to see if a stay at Old Key West Resort qualifies for the free dining promotion. Each promotion is different and sometimes certain promotions or discounts are for stays at specific resorts. I am a Disney Vacation Club member and have stayed at DVC properties in the two-bedroom villas, as well as, many vacations in the regular resort rooms. Please let me know if I can answer any other questions for you regarding your resort choices or your Walt Disney World Vacation. Best wishes for a Magical Trip, Lydia!
    Happy Planning,
    Jodie
