Hi again MOMS! Our first trip to disney next april will consist of 7 days are the park. Coming with hubby & 3 children ages 11,3 & 5. Which park do you recommend starting with, ending with and spending the most days at?

Hi, Mandi!  I think seven days is a great amount of time to see all of the parks and revisit the things you love!

Most people immediately think of the Magic Kingdom when they plan a Walt Disney World vacation.  You'll find all the classics here - everything from Space Mountain to It's a Small World.  I also think this is the park where you'll find the most number of attractions that everyone will enjoy.  It's a great jumping off point.

As for how many days to spend at each park, it's going to depend on how much time you'll be in the parks.  If you plan to leave and spend some down time at your resort,  you may need an extra day at EPCOT and at least an extra day at the Magic Kingdom to see it all and do everything.  My kids love the animals at Disney's Animal Kingdom theme park, so we tend to spend a lot of time there.  You also don't mention what time of year you'll be going.  There are some holiday festivities at some of the theme parks that might make you want to spend more time at some parks than you might otherwise.

Here's my plan - a start and finish at the Magic Kingdom.  Plan for two days at EPCOT.  Allow a day for Disney's Hollywood Studios and another for Animal Kingdom.  Then with day seven, plan to tackle the park you haven't gotten enough of!

I'd be happy to help you plan further if you want to let me know what time of year you'll be visiting and also if you'll have park hopper passes or plan to spend time at the water parks.  You can find me right here!
