The free celebration buttons are widely available at WDW. All the theme park guest relations offices keep a large supply on hand. The buttons may also be available at regular park ticket windows and at your hotel's front desk. When my hubby and I checked into our WDW resort this summer, the cast member at the front desk of our hotel gave us "Happy Anniversary" buttons right there.

To answer your question, it is likely (but not guaranteed) that your hotel will have a celebration button for you. If they happen to be out of stock of a certain message, you can pick up a free button at one of the parks.
