Hi Tara,
You're going to LOVE
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! It's a spooktacular way to enjoy Magic Kingdom Park AND lots of Halloween fun!
While we can't know for sure when the website will be updated, the good news for you is that this special event will have been going on for several weeks before your visit, so there
should be some additional details available prior to your trip. I recently pulled out the brochure from my visit last year to help a Guest know
which attractions were available during the party, and I'd be happy to share with you details about restaurants and activities! While all of this is definitely subject to change for this year's event, hopefully it will give you a good idea about what to expect!
First, in addition to being able to enjoy complimentary trick-or-treating at multiple locations throughout the park, you'll be able to purchase food and beverages at lots of restaurants. Last year, Main Street Bakery, Plaza Ice Cream Parlor, Casey's Corner, Aloha Isle, Golden Oak Outpost, Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe, Sleepy Hollow, Liberty Square Market, Columbia Harbor House, Gaston's Tavern, The Friar's Nook, Storybook Treats, Cosmic Ray's Starlight Café, Auntie Gravity's Galactic Goodies, and The Lunching Pad were all available.
One of my favorite parts of the evening is all of the spectacular entertainment available. The Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular features the Sanderson Sisters from Disney' "Hocus Pocus" and takes place right in front of Cinderella Castle. Last year it was offered at 8:30 p.m., 10:45 p.m., and midnight. Two dance parties, the Monstrous Scream-O-Ween Ball and Storybook Circus Disney Junior Jam, were both offered throughout the entire length of the party, from 7:00 p.m. to midnight. My very
favorite part of the evening, Mickey's Boo-To-You Halloween Parade, was offered at 9:15 p.m. and 11:15 p.m., and while there will be an
all new fireworks display this year, the night sky lit up last year at 10:15 p.m.
Thanks so much for visiting us again at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Tara, and please feel free to keep your great questions coming! I hope that you have a truly magical vacation this
fall!
Missy
