    Hello again! :D Does the concierge desk can make reservation outside the disney world? (As exemple : To make a dining reservation at Medieval Times)? Thanks!

    Your question stumped me, so I called Walt Disney World guest services to ensure I received the correct information for you. According to the Cast Member I spoke with, the concierge desk at the Walt Disney World resorts can only assist with Advanced Dining Reservations (ADRs) and recreation reservations for experiences and dining locations at Walt Disney World.
