Hi again Moms! I have a coworker who is interested in a Disney Cruise. The cruise would consist of her, her husband, and their 5 children. Would one parent have to stay in each room? Could the rooms be connected? Thank you for your assistance! :)

    Welcome back, Angela!

You must be chatting with everyone about your upcoming Disney Cruise Line vacation, and getting your friends excited to possibly book their own! It is contagious, that Disney energy that you feel when planning your cruise, isn't it?

If your co-worker's family sets sail with Captain Mickey and his crew, they would be able to book two connecting staterooms. Leaving the door open between both, they'd create a bigger suite of sorts to go back and forth between the two rooms! It's the way to go for sure! When my extended family and I booked connecting Oceanview Staterooms with a Verandah, we were even able to ask our stateroom host to fold back the partition between the verandahs, creating one longer verandah to share, which was so fabulous!

One adult must be booked in each stateroom, so yes, on the reservations, she would be listed in one stateroom with three of her children and her husband would be listed in the second connecting stateroom with the other two kiddos. Then, it's up to them as to where to actually sleep, since they'll leave that door open between the two rooms for their family to be together.

Let your friend know that she's welcome to swing by the Disney Parks Moms Panel herself if she'd like to get any more information, and especially once she begins planning her first cruise! Thanks for stopping by again, Angela!
