You are correct, you should receive your cruise documentation around 30 days or less to your sail date. Your shuttle information should also be included in this packet as well as your luggage tags and important tips for your Disney Cruise Vacation. If your sailing is two weeks away and you still haven't received your documentation, just give Disney Cruise Line a call at (800 )951-3532. Your resort pick up time will most likely be mid-morning. Your luggage will be picked up from your room and conveniently delivered directly to your stateroom later that afternoon. After a comfy ride on an air-conditioned motor coach bus, you will be ready to begin your cruise vacation!
