It's me again! My BFF is joining us on our trip. We are staying at AoA suite. She would like to stay too but she has 2 boys and the only standard room is LM, my question is will the rooms be too 'girlie' for little boys?

We're so glad you're back, Jessica!  It is our pleasure to assist guests with all of their Disney Vacation planning questions!  How exciting that your best friend is going to be able to join you on your trip!  You are going to love staying at Disney's Art of Animation Resort!  I got a sneak peek tour of DIsney's newest resort before it opened and loved the immersive storybook theming and spacious family suites!  I completely understand your concern in making sure The Little Mermaid standard rooms are not too feminine for your friend's boys. Follow this link to view photos of the The Little Mermaid Standard Rooms. I have young boys myself and do not find the rooms to be too feminine. I definitely think you will feel like you have been immersed "under the sea" with the vibrant colors, sea life decor, and addition of Flounder and Sebastian over the beds! There is also a photo of Prince Eric steering his ship in the guest room.  I would not hesitate for a second to book a Little Mermaid guest room with my young sons if my heart was set on staying at Disney's Art of Animation Resort and I only needed a standard guest room for my family size. I hope this helps! Please feel free to write me back with any additional questions. Best wishes for a Magical Trip, Jessica!
    Happy Planning,
