It is me again. I want the best value and easiest access to parks. Main criteria is super fun! Once in a life time when it is first time for a 6 year old. Ages of family from 73-6. Food wanted more simple cuisine. Does this help? Hard getting started.

Hello again, Trish!  The Art of Animation Resort is our favorite Value option.  It's especially terrific if you need 5 or 6 in a room because it has suites.  If you don't need a suite, there are some standard rooms as well.  Staying there, like my family did in October, you feel immersed in the movies.  You feel as though you become part of the Little Mermaid, Lion King, Finding Nemo, and Cars movies. The larger-than-life themes are amazing!  I would consider it super fun! This Resort has great transportation to the parks because it has dedicated buses (it doesn't share with other resorts). If you are looking for more time at the resort and less time in the parks, then I would consider upgrading to a Moderate Resort. Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is a favorite.  If you are wanting to get the most possible out of a resort and the budget allows a Deluxe resort, then the Polynesian Resort is the one for you.  It is my family's all-time favorite resort!  It has great atmosphere, a great pool, and location, location, location!  To choose a Disney Dining Plan, you need to consider what type of meals you want to experience.  If most of your meals will be the fast-food type meals, then the Quick Service Dining Plan is the one for you. If you plan to have sit-down meals (like character meals), then you will want the regular Disney Dining Plan.  Check out the Disney Dining Plan webpage to read more specifics before you decide.  If you have further questions one you've chosen a plan (like restaurant recommendations), I'd be happy to try and answer them as well. Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
