I am very afraid of rides that have steep drops, like Splash Mountain, Tower of Terror, the first drop on a roller coaster etc. What other rides should I avoid?

    Heather,

To be as complete as possible, I'll list any attractions that might possibly cause any issues for you.  I have listed below the attractions per park in approximate order of steepness/scariness of any of the drops (steepest/scariest first). Of course this isn't an exact science, but I've tried my best to get the order correct. I've also underlined all of the attractions that you will definitely want to avoid, in my opinion.

Magic Kingdom: Splash Mountain, Space Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad (borderline - not very steep drops, but it does have drops), Pirates of the Caribbean (mild drops), Barnstormer (mild kiddie roller coaster), It's a Small World (just kidding - no drops here!)

Hollywood Studios: Tower of Terror, Rock 'n' Roller Coaster, Star Tours (simulated drops)

Epcot:  Mission Space (simulated drops - try the "Green" milder version first), Maelstrom (much milder drop than Splash Mountain), Soarin' (mild up and down motion.  People who are afraid of heights may have issue with this attraction, but most are fine)

Animal Kingdom: Expedition Everest, Primeval Whirl, DINOSAUR (very jerk ride, with some mild drops.  Overall this attraction frightens many guests), Kali River Rapids (mostly mild drops on river rapids, but you WILL get wet!),

If you still have doubts about the attractions (especially the ones that I didn't underline), I suggest you search for a video of the questionable attractions on YouTube. I find the videos there can give a very helpful preview of each attraction.

As you likely noticed, the list of attractions with steep drops isn't very long.  Lots of other GREAT attractions that you can still enjoy! ºoº
