    Advice on Thanksgiving dinner. Should we do Olivia's Cafe or Rose & Crown? Also considering Whispering Canyon, The Wave, Brown & Derby or Mama Melrose? Is Brown & Derby worth the 2 credits. Getting excited! Thank you!

    David,

    So here are my thoughts on your questions;

    Definitely Rose & Crown over Olivia's Cafe. It is a more fun setting!

    As for your other questions, I love all of the four you mentioned. If you are talking about then as general dining destinations, I would order my preference for them as follows: Whispering Canyon, Brown Derby, Mama Melrose, the Wave. But I like them all.

    If you are talking about them as options for Thanksgiving, I would go for Brown Derby first, then Rose & Crown.

    But any of the six would be good vacation choices. Remember that reservations for that particular meal are going to get filled very quickly, so be sure to have one, no matter where!

    Finally, yes, I think that the Brown Derby is worth 2 dining credits. The food is outstanding, and while the decor is comparatively stark when looking at other Disney restaurants, I think it has an understated elegance that I find charming.

    Have a magical (and delicious) vacation!
