We are 3 adults staying at CBR this Sept. and have 14 day passes (UK) how much would it be per person to upgrade to an annual pass (We are thinking of coming again next spring)? Would we upgrade over the phone or at reception when we check in. Thank you.

    Hello Julie,
You must be so excited to be coming on holiday to the Walt Disney World Resort! Your 14-day passes must be upgraded in person at any ticket window, concierge desk in your Walt Disney World Resort hotel or at Guest Services located in the Downtown Disney area. There are some stipulations regarding upgrading, notably that your tickets must still have usable days left on them and you must upgrade within 14 days of the first use of your ticket. The expiration date on your annual pass will be calculated based on the first day your 14-day ticket was used, not when you upgraded your ticket.

I hope you enjoy your upcoming holiday-please come and visit us again should you have any additional inquiries prior to your visit.

    Best Wishes,
    Amy B.
