    2 Adults (No parks) My DH is big breakfast person. When grandkids with us we do buffet. May I have a suggestion for BREAKFAST-cooked to order vs buffet (if any such thing at WDW) Staying AKV & WLV! (dining plan 1 sit down meal @ day)

    Breakfast IS the most important meal of the day! And breakfast while staying at the Walt Disney World Resort makes it all the more special!

    There are several restaurants on Disney property that offer cooked to order breakfasts, some of which are the best in town! Being that you are staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge, and at Wilderness Lodge Villas, my fist recommendation would be Whispering Canyon Cafe at Wilderness Lodge. With the all you can eat, made to order skillet, you are able to enjoy great food and awesome ambiance (just DON'T ask for ketchup!). Or you can choose from eggs benedict or eggs-any-style, the choice is yours. One great sit down breakfast experience would be at Kona Cafe at Disney's Polynesian Resort. We clamor for their Tonga Toast or their macadamia nut pancakes (awesome!!) and authentic Kona coffee. Pricing is very decent for the portion amount you receive, and being right in the center of the Poly's open air atrium lets you take in the ambiance!
