Hi Marianne! I love to talk about two of my favorite subjects Disney and Food! Epcot and the Epcot resort area are home to some of my favorite dining locations on property. I am sure that if you asked each Disney Parks Moms Panelist they would tell you a different answer, but they would all agree that Epcot has some great options.
Flying Fish Cafe, located on Disney's Boardwalk just a short stroll outside of the International Gateway entrance of Epcot, is my favorite dining location at Walt Disney World. This beautiful, signature restaurant boasts some of the finest seafood I have ever tasted. If you are not a big seafood eater, they also have delicious steaks and other seasonal dishes. The onstage kitchen even allows you to watch as the Chefs create these taste tempting delights. I highly recommend the snapper, and house made sorbets for dessert. Servers are always very knowledgeable and do a wonderful job recommending a wine accompaniment for your entree choice.
If you do not want to take the short journey to the Boardwalk, I would recommend
Le Cellier Steakhouse. You will find this dining location in the Canadian Pavilion of World Showcase. The Cheddar Cheese Soup, and Dry-Aged Bone-In Rib-Eye are my choices at this popular establishment. I often try to recreate the soup in my own kitchen, but I have not perfected it yet.
I hope you get to enjoy one of these restaurants on your upcoming vacation. If you have any other questions about Disney Dining or any other aspect of your trip, please let me know.
Happy Disney Dining,
~Jen
