2 adults and 4 kids and I was wondering if All Star Music or Wilderness Cabins would be better? I am concerned that the cabins will be very far from lobby, bus stops, etc.... any suggestions?

    Jill,

Yes, there is some in-resort travel required at the Wilderness Cabins that you don't have at the All-Star Music. But I am assuming that you know that you will need either a family suite or two rooms at the All-Star, yes? Can't get 6 into a standard Value resort room!

So while there is a bit more travel time at the Cabins, it is a much more fun choice for many families. You are a fun boat ride from the Magic Kingdom, which is almost like an added attraction for kids. They just seem to get jazzed by traveling by boat!

Also, even when compared to an All-Star family suite, is is nicer to get the whole family together in a Cabin. Cooking (and dining) out on the grill is fun, and you can still get some adult TV time in after the kids have gone to bed.

If you are not 100% sure after this answer because there are some things about your traveling party that I did not take into account, feel free to send me a question from my bio page and I will re-assess!

    Have a magical vacation!
