    6 adults, 5 kids hoping to do a cruise on the lagoon. We can't do the pontoon boat (max 10) . We can rent the a big yacht or participate in the Pirates & Pals. Cost is roughly the same. What to do?! Half the party doesn't speak English. Is P&P wor

    Hi Veronica,

    I have not had the pleasure of renting a boat or yacht at the Walt Disney World Resorts. I have had the pleasure of enjoying a magically fun evening on the high seas of Seven Seas Lagoon with Patch the pirate who sails with you on the Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage.

    You meet at the Contemporary Resort where you can take pictures with Captain Hook and his friends. There is an assortment of snacks and drinks available as well though nothing fancy.

    You then walk to the marina and board a boat. As you are cruising to your viewing location, you play trivia games until it is time for Wishes. You then watch Wishes and cruise back to the marina where another surprise awaits you. 

    The price is steep but if you are looking for a special treat or your children love pirates it is nice. I will say there is no better place to watch the Wishes fireworks than on these boats.
