I am the only adult riding mine train with a 3 and 5 year old. Both >40" I am confused by the rule that under 7 must be accompanied by someone over 14. Does it count if I am with 5 year old on the same ride but not sitting in the same seat?

    Anne,

How exciting that you are planning your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World!

You may certainly ride the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train with your two kids if they are both taller than 38". The guideline regarding children under the age of seven being accompanied by an individual over the age of 14 will apply and be granted as long as you are with (including riding behind) your five-year-old. The seating allows two riders to sit directly next to each other, but you can sit behind or in front of your five-year old while you are sitting with your three year old and this will work.

    Magically,
    Stacy
