We have 2 adult and 3 kids under age 10( No infants )Can we just book standard room not the 5th sleeper?

    Welcome to planDisney, Ashley!

Thanks for stopping by to discuss lodging options during your stay. I'd be happy to review some room details. Let's dive in!

Standard rooms at resorts like Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort and Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside sleep four. With a party of five, you must book a 5th sleeper room. The Walt Disney World reservation system will not allow you to include your entire family in a standard room since it would exceed the capacity. The 5th sleeper rooms at both resorts are lovely, and if your children are anything like mine, they'll all want to snooze on the cozy pull-down bed! My Mouseketeers take turns when we vacation in these rooms.

If the fifth sleeper rooms aren't available or appealing to you, other spots for five include the family suites at Disney's Art of Animation Resort and Disney's All-Star Music Resort. Both options are budget and kid-friendly. Plus, you'll enjoy two bathrooms and a full kitchen!

I hope this is helpful, Ashley. Best wishes for an adventure that is practically perfect in every way. Please reach out again if there's anything we can do to make it even more memorable.
