An adult guest in our party may change after our ADR date at the end of July. Is it possible to change the guests on a reservation without cancelling and rebooking? Same # of guests and the person responsible for the reservation will not change.

Hi, Timothy! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you so much for stopping by with your question. You are welcome to change the listed members of your dining party anytime before your meal. Since you will be keeping the lead guest on the reservation, this is easily accomplished.

Just head over to your My Disney Experience account and load your Reservations. Of course, you will need to login to the account that made the Advance Dining Reservation, as that guest will be the only one that can make changes to the reservation. You will see a link within the listing to Update Guests. When you click it, you will be sent to a screen that shows everyone currently on the reservation. Use the pull-down menu on the guest that will be removed from the party to choose another person currently on your My Family & Friends list. If the new guest is not currently linked to you, scroll to the bottom of that pull-down menu to click Add A Guest. Just like that, you will be all set! You didn't even need a magic wand or to sing "Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo" to get the job done!

Timothy, if everyone plus the new guest decides to attend the meal, you will need to try to add a guest to the reservation. Simply use the Change Reservation link within the listing to see if your Advance Dining Reservation can be modified. If there is not availability at that time, keep checking because I find that guests often change their plans in the final days and weeks leading up to their vacation dates.

Thanks again for stopping by and please let us know if you have any other questions as you continue to plan your pixie-dusted adventures!
