Dated tickets for Disneyland Paris can be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled at least three days before the first date of park entry. To explore your options, I reached out to a Cast Member at Disneyland Paris who recommended contacting their team directly. They suggested using the
online form and selecting "After your visit to Disneyland Paris" and then "I would like to send you a complaint." In your message, you can explain your circumstances and ask about the possibility of moving your ticket dates.
