If I make my ADR's using a my Disney Visa credit card can I pay for the meals later with cash or my Rewards points?

A few meals at WDW do require you to pre-pay or make a deposit using a credit card. However, once you're at the restaurant, you can change your method of payment if something else suits you better. For example. my family dined at Cinderella's Royal Table this fall. My husband made the reservation and gave Disney Dining his credit card number. While we were at Disney World, we decided that we would rather pay for the meal with a Disney gift card. We simply told the server at the restaurant what we wanted. Hubby was issued a refund on his credit card and we were able to pay using the gift card. This is a VERY common situation, particularly with guests who are on the Disney Dining Plan.

So yes, you can reserve your meals with one credit card and then actually pay at the restaurant by some other method. Just let your server know when you're being seated.
