    Some ADRs require advance payment (Cindy's, "Spirit of Aloha"). Right now, we haven't added DDP to our vacation so we'd pay with credit up front for now. What happens if we decide to add DDP subsequently? How does that work?

    Hi Patrick!

    Booking ADR's for an upcoming vacation is one of the highlights of the planning process.  Selecting your dining experiences, from character dining to signature dining, can be overwhelming, given the many cuisines available at WDW.

    If you have made advance payments for an ADR, and you choose to add the Dining Plan later on, you need to call (407) WDW-DINE and indicate that you have switched to the DDP and would like to use the credit allotted to "pay" for your dinner experience.  They will be able to refund the monies paid, and will rebook the reservation utilizing your dining credit.  Simple and easy!
