We have ADR at Royal Table before the MVMCP on the 6th. I thought I picked a great day but now they announced the grand opening of Fantasyland for the 6th. Is keeping our tix for that day a bad idea crowd wise? I am so bummed! I had our entire vaca planned

    Hi Bria!

Congrats on  your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World! How exciting that you will be at Walt Disney World on the day that they have the grand opening for Fantasyland! You are so lucky!

Even though the park may be crowded on the day of the grand opening of  Fantasyland, I think you actually have a golden opportunity because the Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is a ticketed event, therefore ONLY those with the MVMCP tickets can be in the park after 7:00 p.m. Therefore, you will have less crowds during the party and you'll be able to explore the new Fantasyland without the heavy crowds. If I was you, I'd keep the tickets for that date.

    Have a magical vacation!

    Magically,
    Stacy
