I have ADR for 9-26-10 @ 6:40pm, will that leave enough time to view Wishes at 8pm?

    Hi Annie,

You did not mention where your dining reservation is at, so I will assume you are dining at the Magic Kingdom.

Typically I allow 75-90 minutes for our table service dining experiences. It just seems to take us that long to get seated, order, eat without rushing and pay our bill. There are a few exceptions to this timing. If you are dining at Crystal palace, this may be slightly shorter since it is a buffet and you do not need to wait for your meal to be prepared, however you will need to allow time to see the characters if you would like. The other concern I would have with your reservation time is sometimes the restaurant can not seat you until slightly after your reservation time. If you are seated a little late this will make your timing even shorter. You will also want to allow time to get out of the restaurant and into a position to see the fireworks. Given the fact that most of the Magic Kingdom table service locations is located on Main Street, you should be able to find a spot near the show rather quickly.

My suggestion is to arrive a little early at your restaurant and check in then. Hopefully this will allow you to be seated a few minutes early and allow you the few extra minutes you need to make the show. While I hate to tell you to rush your meal, I would also suggest that you do not take to long while dining and you may want to skip dessert and pick up something from the Main Street Bakery later.

    Good luck!
