Welcome back, Ben! Thanks for trusting us here at planDisney with another vacation planning question.
Congratulations on securing such a sought-after breakfast reservation! You must have been online and ready right at your 60-day mark!
On my last visit to Walt Disney World, we were able to secure 2 separate dining reservations for Olivia’s Café for dinner. We had a party of 4 and a party of 5. Upon arriving to Old Key West Resort and checking into the restaurant, we simply informed them that the 2 parties were together and if we could possibly sit all together, it would be great!
The cast member who greeted us took all our information, and said she would see what she could do, and would we mind waiting a few extra minutes if necessary. We said, “of course we don’t mind waiting”, and off she went. We then went outside to wait until we were texted that our table (or tables) were ready. Right on time, the phone went off and we returned to the restaurant, and we were led to our one giant table for 9.
All that to tell you to arrive to
Toppolino’s Terrace – Flavors of the Riviera a few minutes early, tell the cast member your situation, and politely ask if you can all sit together. Disney’s Riviera Resort is also gorgeous, so be sure to take a walk around after your breakfast. Do not miss the mosaics near the
Skyliner station, they are truly stunning.
I hope this helps with planning for your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation. I hope to see you again soon with other questions you might have.
Happy Traveling,
Tracy
